These terms govern your use of Draftr (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your password secure. You must be old enough to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
2. Your content and your designs
You keep all rights to the prompts, text and other content you submit, and to the pages you generate. We only use your content to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for making sure your content does not infringe anyone else's rights and complies with applicable law.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to break the law, to infringe intellectual property, to distribute malware, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or to overload or disrupt the Service. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service.
4. Free generations and paid plans
New accounts include a limited number of free generations. Usage limits, features and pricing may change; where they do, we will give reasonable notice. Generated pages are provided as-is and you are responsible for reviewing them before publishing.
5. Availability and changes
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Draftr is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.
